Tis' the season in full swing and it's getting busy!

This weekend is the Gala opening of the new Playland not-at-the Beach in El Cerrito. a circus museum showcasing the circus and amusement history of the West Coast Coney Island, Playland at the Beach. This entertainment megaplex ran from Sutro Baths at the north end, and covered much of the coastline down to the end of Golden Gate Park with roller coasters, circuses, and classic carnival contraptions. Please come down and enjoy a tour of our circus roots, west coast style!

The gala runs 10PM to 5PM, Saturday and Sunday, and it's only 1/2 mile from El Cerrito Bart.
We'll be walking tall and you may even catch a classic circus show!

Later that night, Cynthia Aviance and I will be performing during Mr. Lucky's set at the Laughing Squid Lucky 13th party at CELLspace...
